The Hayse group serves with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Although our fees vary depending on a variety of factors unique to each assignment our service guarantee does not.

At the beginning of each matter we establish a fee understanding with our client. At the end of the engagement we provide an invoice consistent with that understanding. If, for any reason, our client feels that the value received was less than the fees charged, they pay an amount reflective of the value they believe they received. If on the other hand, if the services provided were of greater value than the fees charged we only ask that our clients refer us to friends and colleagues.
