Roger L. Hayse is the Managing Principal of The Hayse Group, a law firm consulting practice dedicated to helping firms improve their performance. Prior to starting his own practice, Hayse served as the Executive Director of an AMLAW 100 law firm that experienced dramatic growth – moving from 50 lawyers in one office to more than 600 attorneys practicing in nine cities during his time with the firm.

His track record and practical approach have made him a sought-after resource on the topic of strategic management for today's law firm. In addition to providing insight as a speaker, facilitator, panelist and counselor, he has authored articles that address critical management issues ranging from partner compensation to turning around underperforming law firms.

Mr. Hayse's practice is based in north central Texas where he and his wife reside. They are the parents of three sons.
